We spent the first hour just touring the gardens and then walking along the lakes many beaches. It was thrilling and then to think we were going to enjoy the onsite Chef with food directly from the garden. Oh la la!

The hotels modern rooms are set in the middle of an Edwardian style garden. Immediately you want to go outside and walk the garden trail just picking fruit from the orchard. You really never want to leave.

We took the beekeeping classes in the Walled Garden and it easiest the best experience we have ever had. The kids feel like they can go home and start making their own honey. Some of the people were from oversees and they were there to study American beekeeping compared to European style. I met great people and we learned so much.
